Installation

It is recommended to run AGNES Connect on a standalone Windows 10 PC with no other software running. AMD cannot be held responsible for interference with the proper operation of AGNES-Connect due to interactions with other software, including, but not limited to:

• Software that takes up CPU time, impeding the CPU time available to AGNES Connect.
• Software that takes up memory, impeding the memory available to AGNES-Connect.
• Software that interferes with or manipulates video and/or audio capture devices or processors.
• Software that in any other way impedes the normal operation of Windows and AGNES Connect.

Double-click the installer to start installation. While the application is running, you will see the installation animation.

After installation the application will request access through the Windows Firewall. You must allow access to use AGNES Connect.

Network Requirements

Bandwidth

• Will range on modules purchased and devices connected. Can be as little as 1 mbs with Session Documents or Stethoscope modules. If using Medical Video and Video Conferencing within AGNES, recommended bandwidth is 4 mbs.

AGNES Connect will make connections to the following domains:

Protocols

Firewall transversal is facilitated by UPnP

The relay server uses EKE - Encrypted Key Exchange to make secure connections over WebRTC, please ensure this protocol is permitted on your network.

The relay server accepts connections on port 3478 using the turns protocol.
